The United States Meat Export Federation (USMEF) is a non-profit trade association organized in 1976 to enhance the ability of the United States to export wholesome, high quality meats and red meat products.
Our Beef
Cattle producers take pride in producing safe and nutritious beef and beef products for consumers in the U.S. and around the world. A consumer-driven and responsive industry, the U.S. beef industry continues to increase production efficiency, producing beef with high-quality attributes and satisfying consumers domestically and internationally.

Today, pork production combines many inputs into a complex process of converting feedgrains, high- protein feed ingredients, vitamins, minerals and water into live hogs and eventually, pork and pork product

The mission of USMEF is “to increase the value and profitability of the U.S. beef and pork industries by enhancing demand for their products in export markets through a dynamic partnership of all stakeholders.”
